The Singapore Tourist Pass is an all-day pass that offers tourists unlimited travel on Singapore’s public transport system which includes the MRT, LRT and basic bus services. This excludes rides on premium services such as Sentosa Express, RWS8, express buses as well as other premium and niche bus services. The Pass is brought to you by SimplyGo Pte. Ltd.

The Singapore Tourist Pass Charm is a collectible souvenir inspired by the Singapore Tourist Pass, which offers tourists unlimited* travel on Singapore’s public transport network. This excludes rides on premium services such as Sentosa Express, RWS8, express buses as well as other premium and niche bus services.

The Singapore Tourist Pass comes in 5 options – 1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, 4-Day and 5-Day Pass. The duration and validity of the pass is based on the operating hours of the basic public transport system, 1-day coverage of the pass begins from your 1st usage of the pass to the end of the public transport service for that day. Usage of 2/3/4/5-day card must be on consecutive days. Unlimited travel is only applicable for public bus and train services. The pass excludes rides on premium services such as Sentosa Express, RWS8, express buses as well as other premium and niche bus services. The duration and validity of the pass is based on the operating hours of the basic public transport service. Service and coverage of the pass typically ends at midnight for bus services and MRT services. You may refer here for the latest timings of bus and train services.

No, there are currently no concessionary rates for the Singapore Tourist Pass.

This is dependent on your usage of the pass. Bus fares typically range from S$0.73 to S$1.66, while MRT fares range from S$0.83 to S$1.95, for a single trip journey when paying with an ez-link card. With the Singapore Tourist Pass, you do not have to worry about insufficient monies for your transport needs while you enjoy the sights & sounds of Singapore!

Both tourists and locals can purchase the Singapore Tourist Pass. It is for sale at selected SimplyGo Ticket Offices located at MRT Stations and the Singapore Tourist Pass Kiosks. You can also purchase the Singapore Tourist Pass from various online travel agencies and redeem it at selected SimplyGo Ticket Offices or the Singapore Tourist Pass Kiosks (please refer to your confirmation email for more information).

No. The Singapore Tourist Pass only comes with the type of pass which you have purchased. However, you may choose to top up your card at any EZ-Link’s top-up points to use at EZ-Link’s retail merchants. The list of merchants can be found here.

A robust system is in place to ensure that no monies are deducted from your Singapore Tourist Pass as long as your pass remains valid. Should you suspect that monies may have been deducted from your EZ-Link purse, you can approach any SimplyGo Ticket Office at selected MRT stations for assistance.

When your pass expires, it reverts to a normal EZ-Link adult card. You may choose to top up the card via EZ-Link’s top-up channels found here and continue using the card for transport, and retail purchases at any of EZ-Link’s merchant acceptance points. You can also keep the card as a souvenir and use it as a normal EZ-Link card the next time you return to Singapore!

When an expired pass is tapped on the reader, a red light will flash with multiple beeps from the reader, signalling insufficient funds. You can pay for your fare with cash if you are on a bus. If you are at the MRT station, you can proceed to the SimplyGo Ticket Office, if any, or the General Ticketing Machine to top up your card.

No, the Singapore Tourist Pass is non-returnable and non-refundable.
