The Singapore Tourist Pass (STP) Charm offers unlimited travel on Singapore’s basic bus services, MRT and LRT trains for the duration that it is valid in the form of a trinket. This excludes Express Services, Night Owl, NightRider, Chinatown Direct and other premium and niche bus service. STP Charm comes with a 1-day pass. 1-day coverage of the pass is based on the operating hours of our basic public transport service of the day. The duration and validity of the pass is based on the operating hours of the basic public transport service. Service and coverage of the pass typically ends at midnight for bus services and MRT services. For example, if you have purchased a 1-day pass and started using it at 3.00pm on Monday, the pass will be valid till the end of the operating hours of the basic public transport service, which is around midnight of Tuesday. There is no rental deposit component for STP Charm and hence, it is non-refundable.

There is no warranty for the STP Charm.

When the unlimited pass expires, you may choose to top it up via EZ-Link’s top-up channels to carry on using it for transport and retail purchases at any EZ-Link’s merchant acceptance points. You can also keep it as a souvenir! To find out the expiry date of the EZ-Link, please proceed to the General Ticketing Machine in MRT premises.
