The kiosks are located at:

• The basement of Changi Airport MRT Station Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 near the SimplyGo Ticket Office.
• Orchard MRT Station near the SimplyGo Ticket Office.
• Bugis MRT Station right beside the SimplyGo Ticket Office.
• Harbourfront MRT Station near SimplyGo Ticket Office.

 

You can purchase a Singapore Tourist Pass or redeem your pre-purchased pass at the automated STP kiosk. Please note that the kiosks do not offer top-up services.

The kiosk can dispense up to 4 passes per transaction. If you require more than 4 passes, please perform another transaction.

There are no additional charges when you purchase the Singapore Tourist Pass at the kiosk. The charges are the same as when you purchase the pass from SimplyGo Ticket Offices.

The kiosks accept payment by selected local and foreign credit cards and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, JCB), NETS and QR code (WeChat Pay, Alipay, DuitNow, PromptPay and more).

For redemption at selected ticket offices, please present the QR code to the staff. For redemption via our automated STP kiosks, select ‘Online Redemption’ from the menu, then scan the QR code or enter the reference number. Please note that only one card can be redeemed per transaction at the kiosk.
