The kiosks are located in the Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 at the Changi Airport MRT Station, near the TransitLink Ticket Office. They provide round-the-clock service to commuters.
You can purchase a Singapore Tourist Pass (1-Day, 2-Day and 3-Day Pass available) from the kiosk and collect it on-the-spot.
Please note that the kiosk does not provide rental deposit refund and top-up services.
The kiosk can dispense up to 4 passes per transaction. If you require more than 4 passes, please perform another transaction.
There are no additional charges when you purchase the Singapore Tourist Pass at the kiosk. The charges are the same as when you purchase the pass from TransitLink Ticket Offices.
The kiosk accepts payment by NETS, Mastercard, Visa and JCB credit/debit card.
Please approach the customer service officers stationed at the TransitLink Ticket Office in Changi Airport MRT Station for assistance. The operating hours of the Ticket Office are from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm daily.
