The kiosks are located at:

1. The basement of Changi Airport MRT Station Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 near the SimplyGo Ticket Office.
2. Orchard MRT Station near the SimplyGo Ticket Office.

The kiosks provide round-the-clock service to commuters.

You can purchase Singapore Tourist Pass (1-day, 2-day and 3-day Pass) from the dispensing kiosk. Please note that the kiosk does not provide rental deposit refund and top-up services.

The kiosk can dispense up to 4 passes per transaction. If you require more than 4 passes, please perform another transaction.

There are no additional charges when you purchase the Singapore Tourist Pass at the kiosk. The charges are the same as when you purchase the pass from SimplyGo Ticket Offices.

The kiosk accepts payment by Mastercard, Visa, JCB and NETS. Cash payment is not accepted.

Please approach the customer service officers stationed at the SimplyGo Ticket Office in Changi Airport MRT Station Terminal 2, Terminal 3 or Orchard MRT station for assistance. The operating hours of the Ticket Office are from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm daily.
